The portal was launched at ITMA 2023 in Milan initially for warp knitting customers serviced from the Obertshausen site and was a popular trade show highlight here. "The overall concept is very well received. We were able to reach a lot of customers with it. A surprisingly large number of visitors have already registered to use our Customer Portal," said Axel Wintermeyer, Care Solutions Business Unit Manager at the KARL MAYER GROUP, on the third day of the leading trade fair.
